PAMM DISCLOSURE AND TERMS

1. INTRODUCTION

This PAMM Disclosure and Terms (“Agreement”) governs the use of PAMM services provided by CaravanFX Limited (the “Company”).

PAMM allows clients (“Investors”) to allocate funds to trading accounts managed by independent traders (“Managers”).

By participating in PAMM, the Client agrees to this Agreement.

2. NATURE OF PAMM SERVICES

• PAMM is a technology-based allocation mechanism.
• The Company does not provide investment management or advisory services.
• Managers are independent third parties.

3. NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE

• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• The Company does not guarantee:
  • profitability;
  • capital preservation;
  • risk control.

4. ROLE OF PAMM MANAGERS

Managers:

• make all trading decisions;
• determine trading strategy;
• may take high-risk positions.

The Company does not control or influence Manager decisions.

5. INVESTOR CONTROL

Investors:

• choose PAMM accounts;
• allocate capital;
• may withdraw funds (subject to conditions).

All investment decisions are made at the Investor’s own risk.

6. ALLOCATION MECHANISM

• Profits and losses are distributed proportionally.
• Allocation is based on invested capital.
• Results may differ depending on entry/exit timing.

7. PERFORMANCE FEES

Managers may receive compensation based on:

• performance;
• profit share.

Fees are disclosed prior to allocation.

8. RISK DISCLOSURE

PAMM involves:

• market risk;
• leverage risk;
• manager risk;
• concentration risk.

Loss of invested capital is possible.

9. CONFLICT OF INTEREST

Conflicts may arise:

• Managers may be incentivized to take higher risks;
• Company may benefit from trading activity.

10. EXECUTION RISKS

• trades may be executed at different prices;
• delays may occur;
• slippage may affect results.

11. LIQUIDITY AND WITHDRAWALS

• withdrawals may be subject to timing restrictions;
• delays may occur due to open positions.

12. TECHNICAL RISKS

Includes:

• platform errors;
• system delays;
• connectivity issues.

13. LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for:

• trading losses;
• manager decisions;
• performance outcomes.

14. TERMINATION

• Investors may withdraw at any time (subject to rules).
• Company may suspend PAMM services.

15. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in PAMM, the Client:

• accepts risks;
• understands lack of guarantees;
• acknowledges independent management.

16. AMENDMENTS

The Company may update these terms.
